Finally backlight works perfectly if I remove the module samsung-backlight (that is apparently made for intel GPUs) and I use the nvidia-bl module from mactel ppa, loaded with parameters: max_level=0x1ffff shift=11. Then I get full control of the brightness with the Fn keys. samsung-tools is perfect...
