Linux On My Samsung

hello, i have ubuntu netbook remix on nc10-haz1de with 11ca bios. but i don't have in bios "Battery Life Cycle Extension". 1. why don't i have that solution in bios? 2. is there any other way to make my baterry to charge only until 80%? thanx in advance p.s. i have found very useful things...
