Linux On My Samsung

hey i had this problem on my computer that is now fixed but while trying to fix that problem i reset my BIOS by taking the battery out SO now i can't start my computer, i get this disk read error and everything is set to master and just everything caos, so since i know just a tiny bit about computer...

How can I flash the bios to my old dell pc to overclock? I have an old dell pc sitting around and I want to have some fun. Its a Pentium 3, with floppy, and stock parts and well, old, lol. Im not computer illiterate, just bios flashing illiterate. I know that dell locks all overclocking options. So ...
