Hi,
since 12.04 upgrade my wireless no longer works.
Today the samsung-wireless package only available for 11.10, will it updated for Ubuntu 12.04?

Regards jemka.
(Samsung N510)

The driver for 11.10 does not work on 12.04, and on the realtek website there is no trace of updated sources.
Have you tried the driver "r8192e_pci" shipped with the kernel?

Use the command:

Code: Select all

sudo modprobe r8192e_pci
and check if it works.

Thank you for helping, the default kernel module works !!!

On my system the module was blacklisted maybe by samsung-wireless package in Ubuntu 11.10?
Or by myself :-)...
