High CPU usage on idle 9.4

I posted a few days ago that my nc10 running 9.4 desktop was very laggy/jumpy in firefox.. Well i have been looking at the system monitor and it appears Im using around 40-50% at idle on cpu1 and the same on cpu2. Is this related to the problems that they are having with the intel chipsets!? Is anyone else cpu running this high at desktop with nothing running? I have tried the option "MigrationHeuristic" "greedy" in the xorg but no major changes in performance/cpu usage... Anybody know what my porblem is!?
