[SOLVED] Crackling sound with Ubuntu Netbook Remix

Hello everyone,
I have Ubunty Jaunty Netbookremix on my NC-10 and have a very annoying problem with the sound. If I plug headphones or loudspeakers in, I get a constant crackling sound that seems to be related to wifi activity (the more data goes over the wireless, the more crackling and hissing), both over the headphones and over the built in speakers. As soon as I pull the plug of the headphones, the sound is gone.
I thought that was a hardware problem until I recently had to boot Windows, as Skype produces long delays from time to time, which can be quite a pain (another problem by the way). No crackling, nothing.
Does anyone know a solution for that problem? The sound is annoying, and I don't have to tell you that using Windows is not an alternative!
Thanks,
Tobi
