HI,

I have just installed Ubuntu Netbook Remix on n310 and also the NC10 scripts. Everything works except the Fn+F5 (lcd), Fn+F9 (wifi) and Fn+up/down (brightness). I have also installed CompizConfig Settings manager and verified the commands and keybindings are correct.

however, you mentions "enabling compiz" in the system->preferences menu. I assume you mean the "main menu" from the System menu in which there is indeed a "system->preferences" section which has CompizConfig listed with it's checkbox ticked.....is this what you mean or do I have to "do something else" to "enable" it ?

You'll have to excuse my understanding of your english here.

Many thanks,

Shaun,

My instructions were for the normal ubuntu desktop, not the ubuntu netbook remix.
Anyway, you need to start the compizconfig-settings-manager (I don't know where it's placed in the UNR menus, just open a terminal and launch the command 'ccsm'), and then make sure the 'Commands' plugin is enabled.
