Big problem on my N148 Fn+* and backlight.

Postby lihui » 27/04/2010, 12:33

Hi every one!~
First I know very little about Linux, even don't know how to uninstall a software via the terminal...
and my English is not very good.sorry!

Here is the problem:
I followed the instruction in this forum and installed such a lot of software(samsung-tools,samsung-backlight and so on,can't rember) to my N148 but the backlight and Fn key still not work.

Then one big problem appeared:
when i press the Fn + up/down key or Fn + F4,F5... , the desktop stop running, not totally stop, i can still move my mouse, but the left and right button of the mouse don't work, and the keyboard stop working, i can't input any key from the keyboard too. :(
The only thing i can do is press the restart button under my N148 or cut off the power... :(

My system is ubuntu 9.10 i386 .

What should i do? ???
