ubuntu 11.10. Disable bluetooth and webcam on Samsung tools. Each startup, bluetooth still ON. Can't remember brightness settings too. Why?

I also have the same probs ubuntu 11.10. Disable bluetooth and webcam on Samsung tools. Each startup, bluetooth still ON. Can't remember brightness settings too. Why?

Samsung tools can't remember settings on ubuntu 11.10.
I've disable bluetooth, webcam. But after reboot, bluetooth and webcam still on. Also it can't remember brightness settings.
