Linux On My Samsung

volevo dire Ubuntu 12.04 !

Ciao a tutti e un gigantesco grazie! a voria (o Fortunato) per il lavoro utilissimo. Avvicinarmi a Linux è stato più facile e piacevole.

Ho provato a cercare sia sul forum sia su altri domini, ma non ho trovato risposte sicure : a che punto è il controllo delle temperature sui netbook con Atom N270 ...

Laptop-mode-tools don't work with latest 3.0 kernels. This bug is described here

It will be fixed with next release of laptop-mode-tools.

To fix it manually and just now, simply edit the file /usr/sbin/laptop_mode :

sudo leafpad /usr/sbin/laptop_mode

I had the exact same problem on my N130. Every release of xubuntu was affected.

I've get on with it until upgrading to xubuntu 11.10 ,
+ uninstalling all of voria packages [sudo apt-get remove samsung-backlight samsung-tools (and others....) ]
+ removing Voria old Natty entries in "Software ...
