Best easy to use OS for samsung nc10 ?

I have samsung nc10 with 2gb ram

I would like to try a linux, but want to find one that doesnt need lots of tweaking to get all the features working.
Also it needs to be fast obviously

any idea?

I learn linux starting from ubuntu. It's so easy to use and full customize out of the box.
