Well, some days ago my touchpad suddenly returned to life. I'm starting to think to a loose contact inside my NC10. Or the new BIOS 07CA has done some kind of magic, I don't know. Anyway, I'm not sending it for repair, we'll see if it happens again. After all I have 9 months of warranty yet, so there is no need to rush.
Anyway, I have to say that Samsung support is great.
I contacted them via their website, all my questions got an answer in a couple of hour. After only 2 days I was contacted by the courier sent to take my NC10 for repair. Touchpad was just returned to life, so nothing done.
Well, after this experience I can say for sure that the NC10 will not be the last product I will buy from Samsung.
