Proxy Authentication in Terminal

Hello. We have proxy server at my institute. It requires authentication. I wrote it in the "Settings" of Synaptic and it works OK. But when I use apt-get in Terminal the connection always fail, cause it can not connect to proxy. If anyone knows how to make this working?

Take a look here and at the apt.conf manual (using 'man apt.conf' in a terminal).
